If you are in love with one of my pieces but wish it came in a different color or size, I can probably make that happen. I may ask for a 50% deposit with the remainder paid upon your approval of the piece. Additional costs may apply. Contact me at mandy@allenmetalarts.com.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected is used to fulfill orders and to communicate with you. I take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure your information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

This website is hosted by Squarespace. They provide the online e-commerce platform. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Your credit card is processed by Stripe which adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

I use ShipStation to generate shipping labels. When you place an order through my site, I will maintain your Order Information (excepting credit card info) for my records unless and until you ask me to delete this information.

My newsletter is administered by SquareSpace. I do not share or sell your information to any other company or entity. 

SquareSpace uses “Cookies” to track your Device Information to improve and optimize my site (for example, by generating analytics about how my customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of my marketing and advertising campaigns).

Wholesale

All first time wholesale orders must be paid before shipment.  Net 30 is available upon approval.  You can pay by check or I will email you an invoice that you can pay online with a credit card through my secure Square account.

$350 Minimum Order—Reorders $150

All orders will be insured and shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise requested.

Turnaround time varies depending on the size of the order and time of year. Usually 1 to 3 weeks.

If you are not satisfied, contact me within 5 business days of receiving your order and we can work out an exchange or refund.  Shipping costs are not included in your refund. No other warranty is implied. Because of the handmade nature of my work, some variations may occur.
